Activation is generally completed within 24 hours after your code is submitted and verified.

How do I choose a plan?

Pick your country first, then compare plans by data and plan type. Open View details on any card to see the small print.

How long is a plan valid?

It depends on the plan. USA plans run for 30 days. UK plans are 18-month contracts, monthly rolling or one-month pay as you go plans.

Can I add a plan when I buy a SIM?

Yes. Choose a plan with a new SIM or add it to a SIM you already own. Plans are added to your cart and you save 10% at checkout.

Can I buy or renew a plan separately?

Yes. Choose a plan without a SIM, or use the recharge section on this page, and pay at checkout.

How do I activate my SIM?

Find the 6-digit code printed on the back of your SIM card and enter it in the activation section on this page. An example picture shows where the code is. Activation depends on the network and your SIM.

What are my recharge options?

Enter your mobile number and the amount, then pay with the methods available at checkout. Only enabled payment methods are shown. Recharge within 30 days to keep your SIM active.

What happens when my plan expires?

Its data, calling and texting benefits stop until you add or renew a plan. Renewal is not guaranteed to be automatic, so please renew before it ends.

Can I call other countries?

USA plans include international talk and text to supported countries, up to 100. Not every country is covered, so please check your destination first.
